Yasala Balaiah: He is a very reputed Batik Artist and winner of President of India Award for his internationally acclaimed paintings. Mr. Balaiah belongs to Ibrahimpura in Siddipet mandal and was felicitated on national and international forums. Popular Malayalam daily newspaper has carrier Mr. Balaiah's "Grama Devathalu" (Village goddesses) as cover page illustration for annual issue. He had done several one-man shows in US, U.K., France and other cities across the gloge.

Ramesh Lal: Gajibinkar Ramesh Lal is a known Perini dancer and has given more than thousand shows in the country and abroad. He is planning to open a Dance school in Siddipet.

Ranganayaka Sagar, Anantagiri reservoir are under construction. All India Medical council has giver permission for filling of 150 seats in Siddipet Government Medical College for which buildings are getting ready with Rs.700 crores.

Ongoing Programmes

The Siddipet constituency is getting huge funds from 2004 when Mr. Harish Rao elected from this constituency. The Chief Minister KCR released Rs.260 crores out of Rs.600 crores as special development fund for Siddipet constituency, which is about 40 percent. Mr. Harish brought Rs.7.50 crores exclusively for the development of Siddipet Municipality. Another Rs.200 crores of works are pending as the finance department has to give its nod.
